Biography: After 2 years in an engineering school at Centrale Marseille, she specialized in bioengineering at Centrale Lyon while following a M2 in design and optimization of health products, at the University of Lyon 1. She joined the Vectors team of the UTCBS as a PhD student in November 2022. Her thesis topic concerns the development of liposomes to treat diseases in pregnant women, and more particularly preeclampsia. Her research activities focus on the formulation of liposomes, their functionalization with ligands of interest and their complexation with genetic material, selected to treat preeclampsia. She also evaluates the internalization and toxicity of her formulations on cell lines and explants of human placenta.
