Plateforme d’imagerie optique LIOPA

Le Laboratoire d’Imagerie Optique du Petit Animal (LIOPA) propose à la fois des prestations d’imagerie optique et d’IRM qui peuvent être réalisées sur le petit animal (souris et rat). Elle est composée d’une salle d’imagerie et une pièce d’hébergement pour rongeurs. Cette plate-forme est intégrée dans le réseau de plateformes d’Imageries du vivant (PIV) labellisée FLI (France Life Imaging) et IBiSA. Cette plate-forme est dédiée à l’imagerie de bioluminescence, fluorescence et micro IRM en bimodalité. Les applications principales sont la biodistribution de nano-médecines et le suivi de la croissance tumorale pour la visualisation d’effet thérapeutique.
